Based on video footage, the man fly out earlier than the lady. That means the lady is the driver? Because woman are shorter, they have to push their seat nearer to the driving wheel. Add the big fat tummy, she can only make turning (say turn right) not like us turning the driving wheel full but left hand push up and right pull down so if the speed is faster than how much she can push and pull, it will be understeer. Anyway, what happened has nothing to do with all those mentioned. It most likely to be speeding+skid+lost control.
