Brazil - Decomposing Bloke Covered in Flies + with His Knob Out
On the night of 16th November 2020 in Flores (Brazil), the decomposing body of a man was found. The body of 48 year old A.B.d.O. was found on a piece of abandoned land. Next to his almost naked body was an electronic tag + bottles of clothes.        5 days previously, on the night of the 11th, 'A' had been in trouble. 'A', who was on a semi-open regime + wore an electronic tag, was on a bus. He asked a man, who was returning home from work, for some money. The man refused + told 'A' that he should get a job. This enraged 'A' + he attacked the man with a pair of pliers. 'A' fled the scene but locals caught him + beat him up until the police intervened.
