Brazil - Decapitated Head of Cunting Nonce
Stepfather Deyvyd Renato Oliveira Brito and mother Irislene da Silva Miranda were sentenced for the death of their one year and eight month old baby in Parauapebas. The stepfather was sentenced to 84 years in prison and the mother to 46 years in prison. The crime took place in January 2020. The child was admitted to the General Hospital of Parauapebas. Irislene informed during the consultation that the baby had fallen and hurt her head. The medical team carried out several tests and found that the child had several injuries throughout the body, internally and externally, including in the private parts. Despite care, the baby ended up dying of head trauma. The medical team called the police and reported the mother. The couple was denounced by the Pará Public Ministry (MPPA) for the crimes of rape of a vulnerable person, serious bodily harm, torture and qualified homicide. According to the investigations, stepfather Deyvyd Rodrigues had already been accused of abusing another child in the district of Icoaraci, in 2019. With the convictions, Deyvyd returned to the public jail in Parauapebas and Irislene to the women's prison in Marabá. Information shows that the inmates of the public jail in Parauapebas, learned of Deyvyd's crimes, and angry killed him and ripped his head off and recorded a video to serve as an example.  [/CENTER]

Fun fact: The maximum prison sentence for any crime in Brazil is 30 years. So you do your 30, and they cut you loose. However, if your crime involved the abuse of children, they start cutting much sooner. |
