Nice first aid by the cop. Roll him over so he can breathe, find the wounds, apply direct pressure, treat for shock, provide shade. Don't just stand there like the ignorant goon you are and watch him bleed to death.

When the person is agonal breathing, doesn’t that mean they are basically dead. While guy probably died. He is coughing and moving his arms, pushing himself up and moving his body. Very unlike all the other agonal breathings in vids on here... |

Looks like this was him drowning in his own blood......he still had the means to try to clear the collecting blood in his lungs by coughing........but not for long....
