According to second video: Driver was charged with aggravated homicide and not helping the victim for which he will not have the benefit of posting bail. And could be sentenced from 5 to 8 years in prison. |

I always tell ppl quit standing in the street with all that confidence like ppl ain't going to hit u. This a reminder why I don't stand in the street and just get my ass in the car. What ever he was doing could of been don't in the car. It's ppl out there that will hit u to be an ass hole not even drunk.
