Brazil - Body of Teenage Boy Who Was Shot Dead
On the morning of 17th October 2020 in the neighbourhood of Grande Vitória (Brazil), 18 year old P.K. was murdered. The young man was chased by the gunmen who shot him dead when they caught up with him. 'P' had a revolver + drugs in his possession.

I know this isn't unusual for that part of the world but it always gets me how there is absolutely no crowd control whenever a dead body is found. Is it a cultural thing? Not enough police for crowd control? Or is it just that they don't have cable TV? |

I’ve often thought about that too. In the US, cops would have the entire block roped of where no one could get within 500 feet of the body. Everywhere else is like “Hey, let’s get a selfie with the dead guy!”
