Brazil - Body of Man Found Floating in a River
On the morning of 21st September 2020 in the Educandos neighbourhood (Brazil), the body of a man, with wounds to his neck + chest, was found floating in a river. The man, nicknamed 'Neguinho', had been missing since the night of the 19th. He had fallen into the river when he was shot. The man's face had been eaten by fish.
