Brazil - Body of Decomposing Young Man Found in the Water
On the afternoon of 23rd October 2020 near the Jardim Amizade neighbourhood (Brazil), the body of a young man was found in the Rio Vermelho. The decomposing man, who wore an electronic tag, was bound + had gunshot wounds to his head + arms.
