Probably, dumpster and garbage truck suicides have become a big issue. Seems people not only want a green burial, but they want convenience and like software, they want it for free. Hence the dumpster death, dumpsters are ubiquitous and useful for disposing of illegal firearms or your own body.

and i hate to say it.....but MAYBE if he WAS NOT wearing a helmet he would have seen it coming.....thats the argument here in the non helmet states anyway. and yes some orange cones or at least something. |

It's like wearing seat belts in that you can always construct circumstances where not having one on would have enhanced survival chances (e.g. the victim could have been thrown clear of a non-survivable impact, belt or no belt). Trouble is, for every one of these (possible) cases there are many more where the seat belt did or would have saved a life.
