Either way, this guy was STOOPID.  If he knew that area, he would have known about the speed bump, and one would think, he’d have slowed down. Alternatively, if he wasn’t from there, one would also think that he wouldn’t have been going so fast in an unknown area... Never mind that the road was wet, AND there was obviously a vehicle (probably with brake lights on) in the road!!! Fucking retard, I’m really glad this tool didn’t take anyone with him. |
