They behave like adult size toddlers with too much testosterone and not enough brains… I can understand that some places in the world can be a kill or be killed kind of place but literally playing with their bodies like it’s some kind of toy? Most 12 year olds act more mature. Coming to a neighborhood near us i guess? Yay globalism! /s
