If he actually did what he was suspected of having done, this was completely justified. If he was not guilty of this, well, he's Brazilian, so you just know he was guilty of something else, and deserved this same punishment.

Odd. I had the same thought...but I don't know why. It might have been his body language (genuine or deceptive). Either that or the dubious executive capacity displayed by those administering justice. |
