Brazil - Alleged Paedo Lynched
On 5th March 2022 in the Mauazinho neighbourhood, (Brazil), 60 year old V.M.d.C. was attacked.  'V' had been lynched after he was accused of sexually abusing a 10 year old child. The alleged paedo was punched, kicked + clubbed by locals. He was taken to the hospital where he died the next day. On the 25th + 28th July 2022, 18 year old D.F.d.C., 22 year old M.R.M. + 27 year old S.B.S. were arrested. 2 other suspects, 'D' + 'V', are wanted by the police.

If I knew for certain he was guilty, I would relish watching it. That would mean he had been tried in a court of law, with incontrovertible evidence, DNA, footage on phone; found guilty, AND THEN turned over to the people for his just desserts. But I can't shake off the unease that it's potentially a misunderstanding.  |
