Despicable Brazilians. I guess they don't have a social services dept. that is made aware of plights like this. I know words don't mean a lot after the fact, but I would have not offered to pay her bill. I would've just done it. Not because I thought it would be a ticket to meet Jesus; but simply because it's the right thing to do...
