Brazil - 92 Year Old Woman Dead After Power Supply Was Cut
On 4th February 2020 in the Itamar Guará neighbourhood (Imperatriz, Brazil), a 92 year old woman passed away. The lady had returned home from being in the hospital for respiratory treatment. The doctor had requested that she rests + uses a nebuliser. However, the lady had not managed to pay her energy bill last month + had requested to be given more time to pay but this wasn't granted. Her power supply was cut off which left her unable to use the nebuliser.
