Answer: Chest.

Analysis:
1.- The hand is over the chest wound.

2.- A head shot induces a spinal cord reflex action which is no longer overriden by brain control.
(This reflex can be seen in the Zapruder video as president Kennedy emerges from behind the street sign.)
