Thats what i was thinking, if someone didint placed the head after the incident i dont believe it can simply stay aligned with the body.

It's not impossible that this is real. Slow-moving heavy freight train could easily decapitate someone without moving the head too much. Most of the major blood vessels are ventral on the body, so the blood could be pooled in the gravel beneath him and we'd not see it. That said, it look incredibly clean... |
