That guy in the black shirt who recoils at the -1:40 mark...the way he reacts...

Do you think this was the boy's brother, or guardian at the time, maybe a cousin or something? He looks away for a moment to purchase a popsicle, and when he turns around, the kid is dead with his brains coming out of his ears. That reaction he has says, "Oh my God, I don't even KNOW how I'm gonna explain this!"
esp since he's the one who took his training wheels off.

I think the Peace Corps should sign up people in the Middle East and Asia to teach them how to responsibly ride their bicyles. And motor scooters. It seems like everyone is lost in their own world, and they have the right of way, no matter what.
