I would bet it’s because of the autopsy, and the way they stretched her skin when they sewed her closed
Her breast also look weird, and different from the pre autopsy pics

Good points. I guess a 12 floor fall, death and autopsy can change the color of any quim. But I would need a pre-fall quim shot to ascertain your quim stretching theory. The live quims I have known don't change dimension noticeably if you pull the surrounding areas taut.

She is skinned, and then the skin is pulled. It’s totally different from pulling a living and attached skin. I’m not an expert, but looking at other autopsies you can see that the resulting proportions are usually weird looking
