Re: Boko Haram Throat Cut Beheading & Shooting in the Back of Their Heads Execution
No. Education doesnt do anything to religion. Osama Bin Ladin was a rich and well educated man, well travelled to boot. He apparently earn a degree of civil engineering from King Abdulaziz University. Yet in spite of all that he gave it up to become a terrorist http://www.eduinreview.com/blog/2011...on-background/ |

That first guy really drew the short straw, but 10 out of 10 for the camera angle on the last one.

Just have faith. Never mind the logic or thinking or the obvious. It's faith and "what ifs" that drive the religions. "Faith" is the key word for getting people to follow a cult/group. Suckers |

Yeah, depends on the type of education though doesn't it. Obviously if he'd been convinced his religious views were retarded then perhaps he may have dropped them. Would he have found other reasons to do what he did? Maybe, but I don't think we should expect people to some how magically think their way out of long held beliefs. We know it's possible for people to change beliefs given the right influences and that requires education in some form. |
