This is a perfect example of cops in America now hesitant and cautious about doing there job. All because of shit groups and supporters of BLM. People supporting and rioting for criminals. Cops now worrying about public reaction if they might be too heavy handed etc well now look what happens. And Americans still want to defund the police. Some places all ready have. It’s all ready scary doing stops like that, now I understand more when I’ve seen other traffic stop videos where police have been more aggressive when situations get like this.
