Uninsured motorists damaging property and hurting people and then lacking the means to pay for repairs and medical bills became such a problem that we passed laws requiring motorists to be insured. Those laws have to be enforced and violations have to be handled accordingly, which in this case means towing the vehicle. "Couldn't he of..."  Your general ignorance is so obvious. You accuse me of making things up and trying to predict the future, then you turn around and try to do exactly that. Unfortunately, when we're having an encounter with the police, we don't get to decide that their word doesn't count and walk away because things are getting boring for us. Usually it's the cops that decide when they feel their word has stopped counting to whoever they're talking to, and bad things come to pass when that happens. |

These cops let this shit get waaaaaay to far, didnt see he was clearly trying to get back in the car for a reason. Should have caved his head in with the flashlight or baton then dealt with the consequences. Now one of them is dead because of the failure to apply the proper amount of force. RIP. See ya in hell kid.
