Yeah it'd be the smart thing to do, to just throw a flashbang or tear gas in the car, but there's strict policies that keep getting more and more strict on use of force allowance because black ppl dont have it fair enough to fully get away from the cops yet with their warrant issues, so were fucked until then. Nearly 80% of all murders: black on black.

I saw a Hollyweird movie where that happened. Uneducated southern USA redneck Trump voters fried a convict in the electric chair with a dry sponge on his head. The death row inmate's face turned into a glowing green aurora borealis when they turned the electricity on, I shit you not, then a 'magic *****' character and his pet mouse started having an epileptic fit in sympathy.
