Give me a break. Dude was drunk, clearly not all there. If anything he seemed a very affable drunk. There was no need to pull out the taser and escalate the situation in the first place.

Cop also sounds exactly like Hank Hill, to me. And the way he instantly goes adrenaline / rage mode is insane. He also knew he was fucking wrong, because he apologized twice for shooting the guy. The fact that he's not doing any time is a miscarriage of justice.
