You have got to be joking? The victim was not a threat in any way, shape or form and was actually walking AWAY (not running) from the murderer cop. In fact, the victim was just standing there interacting very calmly and friendly with the murderer cop until the murderer cop wanted to assert his authority. The murderer cop could have called for back up and just waited until they arrived if he felt the situation was getting out of control (and it most certainly wasn't). But some people will always side with cops. That is, until they, themselves, feel the wrath of the law.

Some of you guys need to educate yourselves on the legal definition of murder in the US.

First-degree murder

Why is lethal force okay in a situation like this? Because if that man got a hold of the tazer, it could be used to incapacitate the cop long enough for the suspect to take his gun and kill him with it.

Regarding anger about the race aspect of my post, I'm white myself and most certainly don't feel that all white people are racist. I, personally, have a strong love for chocolate black women and I'm sure there are many other white men (ie Robert DiNero, George Lucas, Roger Ebert, etc.) who feel the same as I do. Nevertheless, I'm not blind and I despise the way American "justice" is doled out to black people in America.
