Body of Young Man in the Road After He Was Knocked Down by a Car
At around 11pm on 1st January 2019 in Manaus, a young man died after he was knocked down by a car + thrown about 5 metres. It's suspected that the man, who wore an ankle tag, was hit on purpose.

A tragic death, but I wonder how many pedestrians you can kill in Brazil before you get a point on your driver's license  . From what I hear, the maximum you can get for a murder is a third of your life; chalk THAT one up to the politicians, because they certainly wouldn't want to spend the rest of THEIR lives in prison if they "accidentally" killed someone. |
