Gravity debunks your theory, blood fell down the exit wound behind his head, as shown on video.
He was shot as he laid on the ground facing up.
Or he simply fell and ended up on his back... lol

Wrong again!
The blood stain on the wall is consistent with blood being sprayed from under his head as the shot blew the back of his head (The head usually jumps from the impact and blood flowing under it sprays to the sides all around), there's also some blood droplets on the wall that went in an upwards direction, if he had fell then the blood would be trailing down and would be a smear on the wall, not just droplets.
