Apparently there is a fish that can swim up your piss when you are having a piss and it lodges itself in your todger with spikes that are backward facing so you can't get the fucker out, then it gorges on your blood, OUCH.

Despite the fact that yes there is a fishing net there, the net was empty before they placed the body on it. The man that helped pull him out of the water can be seen trying to swish the fish from out of the hole in his neck too. You can clearly see them all slithering frantically from out of the holke in his neck, one after the other, totally gross and creepy but the fact is that they are indeed coming out of that body.
