Fortaleza, Ceará state, Brazil The body of a man, as yet unidentified, was located by a resident who was on his way to work. The victim's body was missing its head and hands amidst the garbage. It is not known what motivated the crime, but based off a video taken shortly after the murder, it is almost certainly faction-related. |
