Body of a Man Was Found Floating in a Water Canal
The body of a man was found floating in a water canal Thursday evening. The victim was identified as M.L.B.A, 54, and was confirmed dead before the Royal Malaysian Police sought assistance from the Malaysian Fire and Rescue Department to remove the body from the water line. It is understood that, based on the swollen condition of the body, the victim is believed to have been in the water for about two days before being found. The body was then sent to the Hospital Forensic Unit for a post-mortem. |

A bloated floater.  Good thing they confirmed he was dead before getting assistance. It sure would have been hell if he was still alive.  |

I wonder what that cage is for. My first thought was for some kind of pump but I didn't see any lace where water could pass through.
