He clearly requested a translator, and if I heard correctly they yelled in English to drop the gun. I imagine he raised his arms knowing it's what he should do, but he didn't understand the rest, he hardly even had time to process what they might have said. Based on the videos at least 4 officers screamed out at the same time in a language he didn't understand. I'm with you on this one. They came in guns blazing, at least 2 knew they were gonna kill him before they even got there. I doubt they would have reacted any differently knowing there were children present.

I'd be pissed at my parents for not getting us in the legal way. They're the culprit that is to blame for the situation "dreamers" are in.

I wonder if they all get to notch their guns or just the brave one that shot the guy with his hands up? Rather shoot than de-escalate. Cheap cop shots. Good, well trained officers would have handled this differently. Too avoid a lawsuit, I'm sure the DA will call this "justified".
