According to the YouTube comments,
the grave in the video is a public graveyard.

The contract period is only 5 years.

After 5 years, the remains will be moved to be used for another person's funeral.

So if someone wants a grave that will be kept permanently for the rest of their life,
they have to buy a grave in a private graveyard.

Because this is third world construction quality with giant gaps, larger insects like caca-roaches can be seen in this vid. Phorid flies eat decaying organic matter, so they can be seen everywhere stuff is rotting, like coming out of a sink drain.
