The man feared for his life, and defended himself. If he had allowed himself to get dragged out of that area, I have no doubt he gets beat down and stomped out. He might have suffered permanent injuries or died as a result. That man needs to be let out of jail on a pr bond and allowed to go back to work. |

I mean the guy literally defended himself. What, is he supposed to just let the aggressor keep pushing him and hope it doesn't get even worse? The guy laid hands on another person and got dealt with.  |

I seem to be in the minority thinking both sides are wrong here. The aggresor in white is an angry pos, but he never had a weapon and only pushed the worker. It may have escalated more but we'll never know that. The worker didn't have to stab him 5 times. Including in the neck. Dude went straight for the kill. I dont see any real threat to his life besides being pushed around. He murdered the guy. |

He'll likely be acquitted. Jurors are likely to be as sympathetic to genuine self-defense as we are. The DA deserves the ignominy of defeat.

I disagree. Clear case of self-defense. The black guy was much stronger and younger than the clerk. He could have killed him. I'm certain he was afraid for his life, which is why he stabbed him in the neck.
