It looks like it may be a bag strap. Perhaps it got caught around the post (or on the rope around the post) + it came crashing down on top of his face.

That's a cheap ass harness.. the pole went down while his ass was aloft.. pole probably couldn't handle his weight and tipped.. Dumbass should have been using a lift instead of climbing the pole... lifts mother fuckers.. don't skimp   · |
