Almost looks like her face has both reddish and greenish discoloration. This usually happens with asphyxia and drowning.

Yeah, Mr Black's documentaries are not known for being soft on the viewer lol, but they are well done and certainly worth the watch when you're feeling up for it.

Yeah, I agree. To me it looks like she was strangled to death with whatever that black object was, perhaps a scarf or something. The facial bloat and tongue protrusion looks consistent with stranglation similar to what we'd see from a suicide by hanging.

That reminded me of Fidel Lopez lol. He killed his wife by shoving objects into her vagina and anus. He claimed they were just having kinky sex and she asked him to stick a beer bottle, a hair curling iron, his fist and arm inside of her. His arm was so deep he actually pulled out some of her intestines... and then the dude sat in an interrogation room trying to convince the cops that shit was consenual. He admitted he really didn't like fucking her while she was bleeding so much, but he soldiered on because he was "just trying to be a good husband" and she asked him to keep going.

When he realized the cops didn't believe him, he ended up saying he snapped because she allegedly called out her ex-husband's name twice during sex.
