If I were a detective reviewing this, I would describe his actions as "fumbley" with the firearm, as if this was his first time handling a gun and it took a while for him to make sure it was loaded, one in the chamber and the safety was off. It looked like he had to Fred Flintstone his way out of there, too because I don't think he knew how to get the bike running again.
