Whats the mans skin colour got to do with this story. people are killed by police all the time. the emphasise that the man is black..what that provided an exception of judgement. get with the fucking times.! ni need to emphasise a humans skin colour unless your intentional fuelling propaganda and think there should be exceptions based on colour. now that is fucking racist!
