What a fucking nut job! I think he killed the woman and then sliced his own throat in the hopes he'd live and people would believe she'd tried to kill herself. Wish there was a way to follow this story to see if he got prosecuted.   |

Wow. I can't imagine deciding to kill myself by cutting my esophagus. You can cut the major arteries at the sides of your neck and bleed out just by cutting through the surface and with minimal pain. The arteries are right there behind the skin. It's not even that sensitive of an area. But cutting the esophagus would be extremely painful and require much deeper cutting and be very painful.
