Re: Bikini-Clad Woman Falls to Her Doom After Failed Rescue Attempt
No you! If I were an expert I would have stated so. Are you going to ask all the other people who made similar comments and call them an idiot? It's obvious that his rappel down the side of the building, as fast and wild as he does it, either caused her to let go on purpose or to lose a grip on whatever she was holding onto. I do not know if she was suicidal or somehow got herself stuck in that predicament. My comment touched on both possibilities but either way, the rescuer caused her to fall, which takes common sense, not expertise, to see.

1) I'm not sure how "long white bathrobe" translates to "bikini clad" 2) as rescues go that's gotta be one of the most incompetent rescue attempts I've ever seen |

Re: Bikini-Clad Woman Falls to Her Doom After Failed Rescue Attempt
Rescuer misjudged the distance and wasn't far enough down the rope to either be right on or slightly below to catch her. If he had done that she would still be alive. Just my 2 cents from what I see. |

They usually come in quick and push them back onto the ledge before the jumper realizes what's going on... the balcony edge Was pretty tall though.. seemed like that idea failed due to That.. that poor officer.. probably relive that many times... |
