1. She was not wearing a top under that robe. So, not bikini clad. 2. She was not a big woman. If she was not wearing that robe, that rescuer might have been able to latch onto her with a wrestling hold while a support crew hoisted them back onto the balcony. He would have had a better chance if he dropped down to midriff elevation too. That is a lot of dexterity to ask for in an instant though. He gave it a good try. |
