The female victim is identified as M. T. Q. (41) and the male who hit her is N. B. Q. (38 years). She died on the spot and he was transported to the Hospital, injured.

If you watch closely you can see her wearing one then right as she falls and gets hit it flies out of the frame in a fraction of a second.. wear a helmet yes, and then strap it down… not that it would have helped her in this situation but she might have died with it on…  |

Looks like she was hit in the throat. Ouchie. Contributing factor, she flat fucking panicked when she saw the other bike coming at her. Helmet has to stay on the head to absorb the energy of the hit. If it goes flying, well... |

She might press the front brake,huge mistake in a slippery road ..Bad luck though that almost immediately after the fall -no time to stand up -the other bike came and finished her off |
