Re: Biker Run Over by Truck Slowly Dies on the Road In Front of Friend
Agree, not his fault. Him leaving the scene puts a twist on things. Could he have assisted? Load the dude up for the hospital or get help. The citizens know emergency response is shoddy to say the least.

I wonder if the truck driver didn’t even know he ran someone over. Prior to contact, the driver hit a pothole or something that made the truck bounce up and down.

Re: Biker Run Over by Truck Slowly Dies on the Road In Front of Friend
The number of "deserted streets/intersection collision" videos is coming out of central and south America is amazing. These are only the ones we see - there are probably 10x more that aren't recorded. If the Argentinians play by the same traffic rules as the U.S., motorists are taught at uncontrolled intersections, you yield to the vehicle on your right. Since both the truck and the motorcycle were entering and I cannot see any stop signs for either, it is the motorcycle that needed to yield to the truck in this scenario. But hey, we all knew that wasn't gonna fucking happen. The young lad was writhing on the ground, largely helpless, and his pal couldn't at least stay by his side as he summoned help? Some fucking friend. |
