Biker Overtaking Truck Goes Wrong
Indonesia. Vicky T.R, 19, was overtaking a truck while travelling on his Honda Vario motorcycle when he collided head-on with B.S, 24, travelling on his Honda Supra, which resulted in Vicky's fall and the wheels of the truck running over his head so now he's dead. The truck driver is currently being questioned to determine the legal status of the incident. The Honda Supra rider sustained serious injuries from the head-on collision. He is still receiving medical treatment at the local Health Center Following Vicky's tragic death, the local traffic police issued an urgent safety warning for the Trans Kalimantan Highway. They urge all motorists to never overtake large trucks unless they have a completely clear view of oncoming traffic. |

"To determine the legal status of the incident." What does that mean? I suppose it is a fancy way of saying to determine who is at fault. That shouldn't be hard.
