~ As one can see, the speeding vehicle overtook the other vehicle in the one lane road going in it's direction, by passing into the left most lane of the two lane opposite direction of the road, thus colliding into the motorcyclist. ~ There are three lanes, one going towards the left in the video, & two going towards the right of the video. They are separated by a solid white line. ~ So the speeding overtaking vehicle was at fault. |
