Yes. They dragged him away because that driver is a nutjob and attempted to drive forward, as well as reverse, over the man! So fuck yes! Pull him away! And the other comment, he’s twitching. No he isn’t. He’s moving his legs and actually lifts himself up. He is then dragged away from the tires and he gets on his knees! This guy lived!  I hope he lives. Wish we could get an update on what condition he is in!
