It's not clear from that limited footage if the biker was over-speeding but I clearly didn't see the Duster's turn indicators flash even once.

That's a late 80's Yamaha V-Max. I had one back in the day. Fast scooter. Sad to see it smashed .

Definitely no directional on the car.
I wish we could see a different angle. I’d like to see how fast the bike was going. He must have been distracted if he didn’t see the car turning. It was actively turning for a solid two seconds prior to the collision.
