FFS! I wish those present during the obvious final moments of a loved one would pull themselves together and be present. Choose the time while the person may still be able to hear to say some comforting words; sing a song. Anything but screeching which would make anyone want to make a hasty exit. It's upsetting to the living. Why inflict that on the dying. |
