How was it the bikers fault?

Left lane turns left or straight on, middle lane straight on, right lane for overtaking. Container truck turned left from middle crossing over a flowing lane of traffic. How was it bikers fault ?

Bikers fault for not using common sense. Right of way or not, I would not get that close to a truck while riding a moped. :
