Distracted Male biker dude did the rear windshield face-plant and died behind the white car. Female passenger is the airborne person that the black car hit. She had her head against drivers back and was looking left. She never saw any of it coming.

Silly rider should have kept his buffer up. That way, he wouldn't have died by flight when he hit the car up the duck-run / the goat.  |

Black car made a left-turn/U-turn from within the right lane, which is illegal everywhere. Motorcycles are death machines, so this incident was destiny arriving for that pair of riders.
