Re: Bike Turned into Piñata by a Truck
Bikers are extremely reckless, as you said. You are taking a risk even when riding at normal speeds. There are always vehicles pulling infront of you. Its a risk that you have to be pretty stupid to take, or i suppose the joy of riding outweighs the risk of death. My life is too enjoyable for me to risk it on a bike. |

Re: Bike Turned into Piñata by a Truck
Well mate, those are legit points. But in that case you never feel the wind at 200 kmh at your body without jacket and helmet, sound of the engine vibrating, feel the power of the machine and just simply feel everything around you without enclosure like in a car. I did and it was awesome. Not even had a scratch or bone broken to this second. It's just not that easy to explain, probably the same thing as people who owns a sports car. They are very impractical, really uncomfortable, but some especially those who can afford them likes them. Just watch Doug Demuro Youtube, you'll see why. His complains about the supercars are really honest. Those are back in the days. Nowadays I simply choose motorbikes because its simplicity and practicality. Less space, equals less parking space as well. Park anywhere without disturbing the traffic, that is one. Also less cost for maintenance and gas. But then again, nowadays I mostly use ride hailing app/online taxis to travel. I guess I'm getting old haha. |
